Our goal is to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests. Please feel free to contact us with any requests or suggestions that will make your stay more enjoyable.

Our staff is at your disposal 24 hours a day. You can contact the front desk by dialing 9 from your room phone.
Check-in:  from 2 p.m. 
Check-out: until 11:00 a.m. 
Late check-out (use of the room until 6 p.m. on the day of departure) is for a fee, upon request and subject to availability.
Water inside the mini-fridge is complementary. You can request additional bottles, at a cost of € 1.00 each.

Guests who need to leave before 7:30 a.m. are kindly asked to settle the bill by 10 p.m. the day before departure.
Breakfast is served in the lounge on the second floor, from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. (10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday).
We offer the possibility to order room service, with an extra charge of € 10 per person. You can see   the menu.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the room and throughout the hotel. The password is “viaguelfa15”

Please remember that smoking is not allowed in the rooms or inside the building. Appropriate outdoor areas are available. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, in case of transgression the hotel reserves the right to charge the offender a penalty of € 100.

Pets are welcome, with a small extra charge of € 10.00 per night. A leash is required inside the facility, and pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.
